On Friday, March 4, 2022 the DuBois Area High School (DAHS) hosted a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony to celebrate the official opening of their Beaver Commons and Beaver Commons Café and to recognize Mr. Richard Pfingstler for his 17 Years of Service on the DuBois Area Schools’ Alumni and Educational Foundation (DASAEF) Board. During this ceremony, DuBois Area Schools’ District (DASD) representatives thanked donors, Larry Salone (DASD School Board President), Richard Pfingstler (Atlas Pressed Metals), and Brad Lashinsky (North Central PA LaunchBox powered by Penn State DuBois) for helping to fund and provide resources for this newly renovated space. Mr. Richard Pfingstler was also recognized for his years on the DASAEF. Board members of the DASAEF, DAHS students and teachers, and DASD administrators were all in attendance at today’s special event.
